From my original call to inquire about pricing and available dates to the time we left the facility post-party, we were treated graciously and like we were appreciated customers. The lobby area and party rooms were clean and bright. The laser tag arena was well-supervised and the equipment was easy to put on. The thing that amazed me the most was how the team worked together like a well-oiled machine. They were relaxed and friendly yet kept the entire experience rolling along smoothly. The transition timing from registration to eating pizza to playing tag to eating cake was impeccable. It literally took the staff 2 minutes to plate and serve the entire cake after my daughter blew out the candles. The pizza was fresh and hot and the cake was beautiful and delicious. The kids were totally occupied from start to finish and they had an absolute blast. We will definitely use your facility again.”
